Rainbow Painting
For this experience you will need:
- Red, yellow and blue paint. I will be using tempera. You may use any paint you like.
- A paint brush or two. I will use one rounded brush (a filbert) and one flat/rectangular brush(a hake brush). Any brush works!
- A paint palette. Art stores have them. I use an ice cube tray. A plate, baking pan or muffin tin works too.
- A jar of water to rinse brush
- 10 sheets of Inexpensive paper, like copy paper
- A sheet of high quality painting or multi-media paper
- An old dish towel, hand towel, or a few paper towels
- A paint smock (I wear one of my old favorite dresses) or clothes you don’t mind staining
- A garbage bag and old towel to protect whatever surface you are working on
